Approach:
Beesenstedt Palace is situated 20 km in the northwest of my hometown Halle (Saale). Berlin: 240 km. Leipzig: 65 km
Train & Bus:
Take the train to Halle, and then the bus N° 321 to Beesenstedt (Lindenstraße). The bus takes 40 minutes, the bus stop is exactly infront of the palace.

Car:
If you arrive from the north, east or south via highway A9 or A14 notice that you have to cross the river Saale:
a) in Halle (southern route, avoid to cross Halle during the rushhour!)
b) via the ferryboat
in Wettin (direct route, notice closing time 10 pm!)
c) via the brigde near Koennern (northern route)
Highway A14 from Magdeburg
Take exit N°13 Loebejuen toward Wettin, in Wettin take the ferry boat over the river Saale (open until 10pm) and then continue to Beesenstedt.
Alternatively take exit N° 12-Koennern and use the bridge nearby over the river Saale. Continue zigzaging via several villages unto Beesenstedt.
Highway A14 from Dresden
Take exit N° 15-Halle-Trotha and continue via the ferryboat over the river Saale in Wettin to Beesenstedt.
Alternatively go via Halle or Koennern.
Highway A9 from Berlin
Take exit N° 13-Halle to merge onto B100 toward Halle. Take the junction onto A14 toward Magdeburg and leave on exit 15-Halle-Trotha for B6 toward Wettin. Continue via the ferryboat over the river Saale in Wettin to Beesenstedt.
Alternatively go via Halle or Koennern.
Highway A9 from Berlin fromMunic
Take junction N° 19
(Kreuz Rippbachtal) to change onto highway A38 toward Goettingen. Take junction N° 22-Dreieck Halle-Sued to merge onto A143 and then leave on exit N° 3-Halle toward B80. Continue via the contry road to Beesenstedt.
Alternatively go via Halle or Koennern.
